7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data resulting from a Google Business Profile suspension or rejection of reinstatement.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.
